To be accepted, the item must be:
- New and unworn.
- In its original packaging.
- With all tags intact.
Sale items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
After receipt and verification of the item, the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible.
